The Speech Capture API returns text transcripts derived from audio files or URLs. The output is a JSON object containing the transcribed text, allowing for easy integration into applications for further analysis or reporting.
The primary field in the response data is "data," which contains the transcribed text. This field provides the complete transcription of the audio input, enabling users to extract meaningful insights from the content.
The endpoint accepts parameters such as "audio_url" (the link to the audio file) and "language" (the language of the audio). Users can customize their requests by specifying these parameters to ensure accurate transcription.
The response data is structured in JSON format, with a single key "data" that holds the transcribed text. This simple structure allows developers to easily parse and utilize the transcription in their applications.
The Speech Capture API processes audio files provided by users, ensuring that the transcription is based solely on the submitted audio content. The quality of the transcription depends on the clarity and quality of the audio input.
Data accuracy is maintained through advanced speech recognition algorithms that are continually refined. The API supports multiple languages and dialects, enhancing its ability to accurately transcribe diverse audio inputs.
Typical use cases include generating transcripts for sales calls, analyzing customer interactions for service improvement, and converting auditory captchas into text for enhanced accessibility in web navigation.
If the API returns partial or empty results, users should check the audio quality and ensure the correct language parameter is set. Additionally, providing clearer audio can improve transcription accuracy and completeness.
